How to Make Onigiri

Materials:

1.      Rice

2.      Seaweed

3.      Chicken shred

Other Materials:

1.      Water

2.      Salt

3.      Cooking oil

Tools:

1.      Plastic

2.      Plates

Other Tools:

1.      Washbasin

2.      Rice cooker

3.      Frying pan

4.      Stove

5.      Spatula

Step:

      A.     How to make rice use ricecooker:

1.      Weight the exact amount of rice that will be poured

2.      Wash the rice with some of water until clean

3.      Put in the rice into the cooking pot of ricecooker

4.      Add some water into the cooking pot, usually we need to see the water is 3 cm above the rice surface

5.      Put the cooking pot into the rice cooker

6.      Add some of salt

7.      Close the ricecooker lid and plug the cable into the electricity socket

8.      Push the cooking button

9.      Wait for 60 minutes until the rice is cooked

10.  Open the lid and rice is ready to be served

     B.     How to make chicken shred

1.      Cut the chicken suitable to our necessity

2.      Wash the chicken until clean

3.      Marinate the chicken with a glass of salted water for about 15 minutes

4.      Heat the oil over medium heat

5.      Cook the chicken and fry until  a half of cooked

6.      Remove and drain

7.      Shred the chicken suitable to our necessity

      C.     How to shape onigiri

1.      Creat the rice to be a ball shape

2.      Pressure the rice until its flat

3.      Put in the chicken shred in the middle of rice

4.      Creat the rice to be a triangle shape

5.      Add seaweed at the bottom and onigiri is ready to be served
